About Me

I am a BACP registered psychotherapeutic counsellor and qualified at the Northern Guild of Psychotherapy in Newcastle. I will bring curiosity, openness, compassion and authenticity to our work together. Whether you are navigating here and now challenges, or seeking to heal from past experiences I will support you while you make sense of the different parts of self, allowing you to live more fully and freely.

What I Offer

Individual Therapy

I offer both in person and online counselling for adults age 18 and over

In-person sessions take place at my therapy room in North Shields or online via a secure video platform.

Sessions cost £60 for 50 minutes.

Training Therapy

Training as a therapist or counsellor? Self-awareness is key to ethical, effective practice. The journey can be intense and enlightening, and I offer space for reflection and personal growth throughout your training and client work.

I offer a discounted rate for trainee therapists and can deliver training therapy in person or online.

Sessions cost £50 for 50 minutes

Initial Assessment

 A 30 minute initial appointment for all new clients. Identifying how we would work together safely and effectively. Initial Assessments cost £30 for 30 minutes.

I offer a free 15-minute introductory call to explore what you need and see if you feel we connect. The relationship between therapist and client is fundamental, so it is important it feels right.
